You support our team as
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - TOLUCA, MEXICO (TEMPORARY)
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of accounting data and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP preferred).




- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- English proficiency (intermediate level or higher).
