**Summary of Job**:
The NPI Trainee position will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support within the department while also developing skills related to new product introduction processes and project management practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support daily operations by organizing files, maintaining databases, and communicating effectively with colleagues both within and outside of the organization.
- Assist in preparation for meetings by setting up conference rooms, distributing agendas, taking notes, and summarizing key points discussed during sessions.




- Participate in cross-functional teams to help ensure timely completion of tasks associated with NPI projects.
- Help coordinate activities between different departments involved in NPI efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of project status updates, resource allocation, budget tracking, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles helpful but not required.
