**Qualifications**
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Prior experience in **sales, lead follow-up, or pipeline management**:
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- **No real-estate experience needed — we’ll train you!**:
- English level C1 or higher (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Reliable Internet and computer
