**What You’ll Do**
- Prospect, pitch, and close new advertisers in San Diego County.
- Sell a full suite of modern multiplatform advertising solutions, including:
- **TelevisaUnivision TV**:
- **Digital Video**:
- **Social Advertising (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)**:
- **Programmatic / OTT / CTV / Digital Display / Video**:
- **Events**:
- Build strategic media plans and proposals tailored to local businesses.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle with strong attention to detail.
- Educate clients on the power of full funnel, multiplatform advertising solutions to drive local businesses.
- Work with leadership to build next-generation advertising offering.




**What We’re Looking For**
- **Salespeople** with experience in advertising, media sales, digital marketing, or business development.
- Google Ads and META experience is a **major plus** (not required).
- Programmatic or OTT/CTV experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or familiar with Latino/Mexican culture is preferred.
- Hunter mentality — you love prospecting and closing new accounts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Motivated by performance-based income with **no cap**.
