**Position: Senior Accountant**
**Location: Mexico City - Reforma District**
Cashera Capital is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Mexico City. In this key role, you will ensure financial accuracy, provide strategic insights, and support scalable growth through effective accounting practices. Your expertise will help optimize systems and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

** MUST BE C1 OR C2 LEVEL OF ENGLISH **
** STRONG EXCELL SKILLS IS A MUST ( XLOOKUP, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT**
**TABLES, ETC)**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) and support month-end/year-end close processes,



ensuring compliance with **US GAAP.**:
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance expense management and financial reporting transparency.
**Technical Excellence**
- Manage the general ledger in QuickBooks, including:
- Journal entries
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Expense categorization
- Revenue recognition
- Lead process improvements and implement tech-driven accounting solutions.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
**STRONG EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED**
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in the lending or financial
services industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
