**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Firewall Administration**:
- Manage, configure, and maintain firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, Fortinet) to enforce security policies and protect corporate assets.
- Perform regular audits of firewall rules and configurations to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Monitor firewall performance and logs, identify security incidents, and respond to threats in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement change management procedures for firewall configurations.
- Participate in security incident response activities related to firewall systems.




- **VPN Management**:
- Design, implement, and support various VPN solutions (e.g., site-to-site, remote access SSL/IPsec VPNs) to facilitate secure communication for internal and external users.
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and optimize performance.
- Manage user access and authentication for VPN services.
- **IPsec Expertise**:
- Configure and maintain IPsec tunnels for secure data transmission between locations and partners.
- Ensure proper encryption and authentication mechanisms are in place for IPsec connections.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IPsec-related problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
- Document network security configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
