**Compensation**:
$14,000 - $18,000 MXN monthly tax-free
**Responsibilities**:
- Track and update all incoming and outgoing quotes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with estimators to align quotes with project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain organized records of quotes and related documents for easy access and reference.
- Communicate clearly with vendors and clients to confirm quote details and resolve discrepancies.




- Assist in preparing detailed reports on quote statuses for team meetings and strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the quote tracking process for improved efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to align quotes with project timelines.
