**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop & implement influencer marketing strategies** that align with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and target audience demographics.
- **Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships** with relevant influencers, KOLs, creators, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (Marketing, Creative, Product) to design integrated influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships** including contracts, deliverables, content briefs, timelines, and compensation.
- **Oversee campaign execution**, ensuring influencer content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and key messages.
- **Track, analyze, and report campaign performance**, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and future campaigns.
- **Nurture long-term influencer relationships**, maintaining regular communication, feedback, and support to foster loyalty and advocacy.
- **Monitor social media channels** for influencer mentions, user sentiment, and engagement; proactively amplify positive feedback and address issues.
- **Lead & mentor a team of specialists**, providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for career growth.




**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in Influencer / KOL Marketing or Social Media Marketing (preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, or Lifestyle industry).
- Proven track record in influencer management, campaign negotiation, and cross-platform execution (TikTok, IG, YouTube, FB).
- Strong skills in analytics & reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus (for Manager level).
- Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and digital trends, with a creative yet data-driven mindset.
