.NET Developer

Location: Polanco, Mexico City

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days per week in the office

Schedule: Monday to Friday

English: Advanced – professional and technical communication required

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem to join a technology project with a global financial institution.

The idóneo candidate will have solid experience developing and maintaining web applications and services, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working in Agile environments. Experience with application security, Content Security Policy (CSP), and secure coding practices is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
- Experience developing and maintaining Web Services, WCF Services, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of secure coding principles and application security best practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with Python and/or NoSQL databases is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing, troubleshooting, or remediating Content Security Policy (CSP) issues.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.




- Exposure to cloud environments and modern application architectures.
- Experience working with applications in financial services or other highly regulated environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications and services.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, Web Services, and WCF Services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities and CSP-related issues.
- Participate in code reviews and promote clean code and development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps initiatives.
- Contribute to application modernization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure applications meet required performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
