**About the Role**
We are seeking a **highly skilled, bilingual (English-Spanish)** **Public Relations & Event Specialist** with a strong background in international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to execute PR campaigns and world-class corporate events that enhance brand reputation, generate visibility, and drive business growth.

**Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations**
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor media coverage, evaluate impact, and lead initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage crisis communication to protect the company’s public image.
**Event Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and lead international trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with business objectives.
- Track performance and ROI of each event, preparing detailed post-event reporting.




- Identify sponsorships, partnerships, and participation opportunities to maximize exposure.
**Brand Management**
- Support the development and implementation of corporate brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to elevate global brand positioning.
**Requirements**:
- **English fluency (written & spoken) Mandatory**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in PR and event management, preferably in **international B2B environments**.
- Proven success in managing global PR campaigns and high-impact corporate events.
- Strong communication, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with media relations, press releases, crisis communication, and digital PR tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
