Core Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for formulating and implementing overseas market expansion plans, independently developing high-quality overseas local clients with promotion needs, and completing tasks such as business engagement, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection.
- 2. Identify and accurately understand customer needs, coordinate internal resources to provide solutions that meet customer needs, assist in resolving issues in project operations, and promote the timely and high-quality implementation and delivery of projects
- 3. Maintain media and client relationships, regularly collect client feedback, establish good cooperative relationships, ensure the continuity and stability of client services, and identify new opportunities to promote the upgrading of cooperation
- 4. Collect industry dynamics, competitor dynamics, and market trends, gain insights into the overseas business environment, and adjust customer acquisition strategies in a timely manner according to market changes
- 5. Achieve the sales targets set by the company to ensure the achievement and stable growth of performance
- 6. According to the needs of the company's business development, seek, explore,



and discover new cooperation resources and new opportunity points
Job Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in advertising sales in the advertising industry, digital marketing, etc. English must be used as the working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Proficiency in other minor languages is a plus.
- 2. Possesses outstanding successful cases of independent expansion in overseas markets, abundant advertiser resources and channel resources, and has a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, technology, concepts, terminology, and strategies.
- 3. Familiar with media resources such as large media channels, local media resources, mainstream mobile phone manufacturers' resources, and OTT
- 4. Strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities, initiative, and sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and business negotiation abilities, able to communicate effectively with overseas clients and teams, and possess client service awareness and project promotion awareness
- 5. Have strong goal orientation and self-motivation, be willing to accept challenges, be able to achieve performance goals in high-pressure environments, and be willing to accept business trips or overseas local assignments
Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
