**Job description: Sales agents over Chat**
Sales agents over Chat at RUI are responsible for receiving messages from existing and new customers regarding Internet services. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, and forge relationships with new customers.
- Must be comfortable taking inbound chats and calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regaining customers.
- Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers
- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
- Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems
- Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of confidential consumer information
- Sales and customer service experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)

- Excellent English communication skills (professional demeanor); written & verbal.

**Base Salary: $18,000.00 MX to $20,000 Pesos gross per month**

- High school or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Multitasking: 1 year (required)
- Computer navigation: 1 year (required)
- Upselling: 1 year (required)
- Call center: 1 year (required)
