Position Purpose
Ensure the correct execution, control, and profitability of Supplink’s international operations by coordinating shipments, providers, documentation, and incidents, while maintaining full operational visibility and KPI control.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments (air, ocean, ground, and multimodal).
- Actively follow up on shipments in transit.
- Manage and resolve operational incidents.
- Validate critical documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, customs docs).
- Coordinate with international agents, carriers, airlines, and customs brokers.
- Monitor costs vs revenues and identify margin deviations.
- Coordinate and supervise the International Operations Executive EU




- Ensure all operations are properly updated in the ERP system.
KPIs
- OTIF (On Time In Full).
- Incident rate.
- Average gross margin.
- Incident resolution time.
- Documentation accuracy and completeness.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations.
- Strong hands-on operational background.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with logistics ERP systems (Magaya preferred).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
Pay: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
