Responsibilities:
- WOR & MOR results reporting.
- Follow-up on internal audit findings.
- Coordination and notification of customer visits/audits.
- Equipment validation assurance.
- Follow-up on supplier reports and evaluation of corrective actions.
- Ensuring the launch of new products in all stages, including ISIR.
- Review of the internal audit program and management review.
- Quality approval of new raw materials for the plant.
- Follow-up and coordination of customer complaint analysis, containments, and applicable sorting activities.
- Focus on management points according to IATF16949.
Job requirements:
- Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or related.
- Advanced English.
- 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing areas.
- Knowledge of Quality in SMT manufacturing process.
- Proficient in Quality Manual knowledge, Core Tools, Risk Analysis, IATF Lead Auditor, customer-specific requirements, CQI-17, ESD.
- Personnel management, initiative, coordination, and leadership.
