Your Role

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines.
Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, and recovery activities.
Provide operational support and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance.

Your Profile

Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Databricks for data processing and pipeline development.




Good understanding of Finance domain concepts, data flows, and business processes.
Experience in L2 Production Support and incident management.
