. Responsibilities
**Overall E-commerce Warehouse Operations**
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and returns
Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time in accordance with platform SLA requirements
**Staff and On-site Management**
Supervise warehouse operators, including task assignment, scheduling, and on-site supervision
Conduct basic training for new employees and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Manage and record cases of low efficiency, operational errors, or violations
**E-commerce Fulfillment Support**
Support fulfillment operations for platforms such as Amazon FBA, Mercado Libre, and other e-commerce channels
Assist with inbound shipment plans, labeling requirements, exception handling, and returns
**Data and Basic Reporting**
Track daily order volume, outbound quantity, and productivity
Record and report operational issues, errors, and improvement suggestions
Use WMS, Excel, or related systems for basic data management and reporting
**Process Optimization and Hands-on Support**
Optimize picking routes, packing processes, and warehouse workflows
Be able to actively participate in on-site operations during peak periods or staff shortages
**Communication and Reporting**




Report warehouse performance and operational status to management
Coordinate with internal teams on warehouse execution-related matters
II. Requirements
**Experience**
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment
Experience in e-commerce warehouses, overseas warehouses, or third-party logistics is a plus
**Skills and Working Style**
Strong execution capability with a hands-on management style
Ability to manage people, handle on-site operations, and take responsibility for results
Able to work under pressure and adapt to fluctuating order volumes
**Language and Tools**
**English can be used as a working language**
Proficient in basic Excel and warehouse systems for daily operations and reporting
**Work Attitude**
Strong sense of responsibility and on-site awareness
Willing to be hands-on and support warehouse operations when needed

III. Compensation & Development
**Salary: MXN 20,000 - 25,000 per month**
Final offer will be based on experience and performance during the probation period
