We are seeking a Prevention Agent, primarily assigned to the night shift, who enjoys being the first point of contact for guests and team members during the night, ensuring a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and safeguard the safety of guests, team members, and facilities, especially during the night shift.




- Conduct preventive patrols and monitor common areas.
- Identify, report, and respond to risk situations or incidents in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests during the night, always maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
- Support compliance with rules, internal policies, and access control procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, first aid, or related areas is preferred.
- Strong interest in customer service, attention to detail, and direct guest interaction.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly, with empathy and sound judgment.
- Strong observation skills, active listening, and a preventive mindset.
- Conversational English skills preferred.
- Availability to work primarily the night shift, with flexibility to rotate schedules and days off based on operational needs.
