You support our team as
QUALITY SYSTEM ENGINEER(F/M/D)
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System / ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
- Coordinate, plan, execute and support internal and external audits of the QMS.
- Establishes and maintains the audit plan LPA
- Analyze quality system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead projects to enhance process efficiency and reduce non-conformities.
- Manage Document Control module on Intranet
- Review control and distribute Customer Quality Manuals.
- Review control and distribute Customer Specific Requirements
- Review of customer websites for performance verification and claims notifications.
- Updates monthly customer satisfaction report
- Supports daily scrap and production performance indicators.




- Support to prepare weekly meeting report.
- Support to prepare monthly BOS meeting report.
- Has the authority to stop processes and/or shipments in case of quality, safety of logístical issues.
- Participates in the plant overall VPS program and activities
- Other duties deemed necessary by plant.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
- +3 years’ experience in similar position in quality fields
- Automotive industry experience
- Quality Systems (IATF 16949), PPAP (Customer and/or Supplier), PFD, PFMEA, PCP, LPAs, core tools, problem solving.
- IAFT 16946 Internal auditor, certification desirable.
- Knowledge in VDA 6.3
