OBJECTIVE
Lead a team of technicians ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. The main objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation through the correct maintenance execution. To ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and department.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Responsible for executing the preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervisor to all activities of his technicians.
Lead a team working in order to analyze issues at the equipment (Root Cause Analysis).
Constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, taking into consideration the improvement and activities in the ERP Software.
Ensure compliance with the department's KPIs.
Involvement in new projects, to ensure the correct selection, installation and commissioning of equipment or processes.
Ensure critical spare parts in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages.
Implementation and monitoring of the department's 5's program.
Determine the technical profile of the team and develop a training program for them.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Essential experience in numerical control machines (SINUMERIK CNC)
Solid knowledge in Hydraulics, Pneumatics,



Electronics and Mechanical Systems.
English indispensable.
**LANGUAGE**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
