LUNA Residences is our flagship completed project — a 16-unit boutique building with a high level of finishes and an international owner base.
**Your Role**
As Concierge / Reception at LUNA Residences, you will be the primary on-site point of contact for residents, owners, guests, and service providers.
You will ensure smooth day-to-day building operations, coordinate basic maintenance activities, and deliver a warm, professional residential experience aligned with our brand standards.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors, providing information and assistance.
- Manage reception and building access control.
- Receive and organize packages and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule basic maintenance and service visits.
- Supervise on-site maintenance tasks and service providers when required.
- Maintain communication with property owners and tenants regarding building matters.
- Monitor common areas and report issues proactively.
- Keep simple operational logs (deliveries, maintenance, incidents).




- Support property administration and post-sales service requests.
- Ensure building presentation and order are maintained daily.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in concierge, reception, hospitality, or residential property roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and conversational English.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and small maintenance tasks.
- Professional presence and service mindset.
- Reliability and sense of responsibility.
