**About the role**
- In this role, you will manage a team of technologists responsible for raw material validation across regions, ensuring priorities, timelines, and technical standards are met. You will work with complex datasets to support the development of an optimized global portfolio of raw materials, while providing technical expertise and communicating results and challenges to key stakeholders.**Key responsibilities**
- Define priorities, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of validation activities.
- Analyze complex datasets to support global raw material portfolio optimization.
- Review validation results, identify risks or gaps,



and recommend technical improvements.
- Ensure validation protocols, documentation, and standards are consistently followed.Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to gather input and support decision‑making.
- Communicate project progress, findings, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and proactive manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to raw material qualification and data management.
**Qualifications and skills**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Food Science, Chemistry**, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Experience working with technical data, ingredient evaluation, or material validation (preferred).
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong **project management** capabilities.
- Proficiency in **data analysis**, insight generation, and knowledge management.
- Ability to interpret technical findings and support decision‑making.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent **communication** skills for cross‑functional and general interactions.
