**What You’ll Do**
Step into the role of a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Virtual Assistant**, where you’ll represent a U.S.based insurance agency. You’ll provide friendly, efficient customer service, support back-office tasks, and handle bilingual calls — all while working from your private home workspace.

**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re hiring motivated bilingual professionals who can:
- Manage inbound calls and assist U.S. insurance customers
- Communicate clearly in English (neutral accent required)
- Transfer calls to licensed agents when needed
- Work as a team-player with U.S.based leadership
- Bring energy, friendliness, and a “can‑do” attitude every day
**Role Requirements**
- College degree **or** 3 years’ experience (BPO, customer service, or insurance preferred)
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Stable high-speed internet (20 Mbps+) **with backup**:
- Reliable electricity & personal mobile phone
- Private, quiet home workspace
- Must live in **Monterrey, N.L.**:




- Available for **immediate hire**:
- Willing to attend **2-4 weeks of paid training** and pick up equipment in Monterrey
