**About Yupana**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecommunications Project Manager to support and enhance the execution of our telecommunications projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that project timelines are met, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders are kept informed through accurate and transparent reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning & Baseline Development**:
- Analyze project scope and collaborate with project managers to establish baseline execution timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- **Monitoring & Forecasting**:
- Track project activities and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Utilize forecasting tools to predict potential delays and proactively address issues.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- **Reporting & Dashboard Creation**:
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain meaningful dashboards using advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to visualize project data and performance metrics.
- **Data Analysis & Operational Support**:




- Independently analyze project data to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
- Follow up on past-due forecasts and provide actionable insights to project managers.
- **Cross-Functional Communication**:
- Facilitate communication between project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination or management within the telecommunications industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query; experience with Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience with telecommunications network infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools.
