Job Summary:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong local talent pipeline, with particular focus on engineering, technical, professional, and early-career talent relevant to RailPros' growth.
- Represents RailPros at careers fairs, job fairs, university events, networking events, and other recruiting activities throughout the Monterrey market and, as needed, other locations in Mexico.
- Develop relationships with universities, technical schools, student organizations, career centers,



professional associations, and other community partners to strengthen Railpros' early-career and experienced-hire pipelines.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, labor-market conditions, sourcing practices, and talent competitors in Monterrey and Mexico; recommend new approaches that improve talent access and hiring outcomes.
- Perform other duties as needed to support business and talent priorities.
