Location: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week
Monthly Salary: Starting at $16,000 MXN (based on experience and skills)
English Level Required: Advanced to Fluent

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Paid Campaigns Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on lead generation and B2B marketing through paid digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

You will be responsible for creating, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that generate measurable business results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing data, testing new strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance.





Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Build campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Execute lead generation and B2B paid media strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance insights

Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance through creative testing
- Provide recommendations based on campaign data and audience behavior

Strategy & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
