About the Role

As a Roadside Rescue Advisor, you will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers. You’ll work with urgency and professionalism to dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process.

- What You Bring

Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Experience in customer service, emergency dispatch, call centers, or related environments.
