GCA is expanding its footprint in Mexico through the establishment of a dedicated analytics capability center to meet growing business demand and accelerate the development of innovative analytics solutions for the US Commercial Division.
The Sr Associate, Data Strategy & Management role is a key contributor within the Data Strategy & Management (DSM) team, responsible for executing and operationalizing enterprise data strategy, governance,



and foundational data solutions that enable high‑quality analytics and business insights.
This role partners closely with senior team members, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data assets that support commercial and enterprise decision‑making. The Sr Assoc operates as a hands-on data leader, translating defined strategies and business requirements into well‑engineered, compliant, and reusable data products.
