Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.
Maintenance/Controls/Automation Technicians Supervision
Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
Maintain Equipment available for manufacturing
Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.
Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.
Manage Maintenance System Administration (Preventive Maintenance, Spare parts, etc)
Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes

Your Profile

Manage Employees
75-90% Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
Very Good computer skills using MS Office




Strong Experience in Internal Controls
The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Allen Bradley & Siemens PLC programming
Vision systems programing (Cognex, Keyence, Omron, Sick)
HMIs Programming
Communication protocols knowledge and work experience (Profinet, Ethernet, IOLink, RS232)
Electric, Pneumatic, Hydraulic drawings reading
Frequency Variators knowledge and experience
Servomotors and Drivers Knowledge and Experience
Robots programing experience
