Where You'll Make a Difference
Lead the commercial organization across the region/sub-region, driving sustainable and profitable business growth aligned with strategic priorities.
Develop and execute regional commercial strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers,



positioning IFF as a trusted innovation partner.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
Own regional profit and loss (P&L;) performance, delivering against revenue, margin, and expense targets.
Partner closely with Research & Development, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to provide integrated customer solutions and win in the marketplace.
Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization, complexity reduction, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer innovation programs, strategic growth initiatives, and business transformation projects.
Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and inclusive leadership.
