**Responsibilities**:
- Host weekly Integral Commercial Quality Assurance sessions with senior leaders, ensuring accurate Sold To Job Margin assessments and strong pricing discipline.
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies for large opportunities to increase win probability while protecting margin.
- Evaluate and challenge existing processes, pricing tools, and commercial workflows; propose actionable recommendations, and lead implementation.
- Design, build, and implement scalable pricing tools, commercial processes, and supporting systems to meet future business growth.
- Own cross functional coordination and execution for assigned processes, pricing tools, system enhancements, and product launch activities.
- Partner with regional and local teams to ensure ownership, alignment, and effective change management for commercial processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of service offerings to recommend tactical cost optimizations and contribute to ongoing list price refinement.
- Provide financial modeling, bid support, and deal analysis for complex commercial engagements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology drive business outcomes
- Advanced financial modeling capability,



including building and maintaining pricing tools; VBA experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with consistent accuracy, reliability, and effective prioritization in a deadline driven environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, influence, and lead discussions across diverse teams and levels of experience.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative/business field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial operations, management consulting, process improvement, or change management.
- Must be able to work standard U.S. business hours.
