Job Summary**
Jabil, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Intern to support our planning department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain processes, and operational efficiency within a general leading manufacturing services company.
- Job Responsibilities**
- Assist the planning team with data collection, analysis, and report generation related to production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of production plans, ensuring alignment with customer demand and internal capacity.
- Participate in meetings to discuss planning strategies, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics,



to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the planning department.Job Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas) is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain concepts is preferred.
