**
Responsible for leading and coordinating engineering-related CAPEX projects, ensuring proper definition, financial validation (ROI), execution tracking, and alignment with business objectives. This role also supports plant operations through workload analysis and headcount planning using hour-based models.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**CAPEX Project Management**
- Lead end-to-end management of CAPEX projects (initiation to closure)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with project owners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Maintenance, etc.)
- Track project progress, risks, and milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope
- Maintain project tracking tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, etc.)
- Follow up with project owners and stakeholders on action items
- Escalate risks, delays, and deviations
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Develop and validate business cases for CAPEX investments
- Perform ROI, payback, and cost-benefit analysis
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with company investment criteria
- Monitor financial performance vs approved justification
**Headcount & Capacity Analysis**
- Develop and maintain labor models based on hours
- Analyze workload vs available capacity
- Identify gaps and support headcount planningProvide data-driven recommendations for staffing and resource allocation
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 4-8 years of experienceEnglish conversational and writing

- The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
