We need a numbers-first Accounting Assistant to be the financial backbone of our new Mexico operation. You'll manage high-volume transactions, keep our books clean, and work directly with our global finance team. If QuickBooks is your daily tool and accuracy is your standard, this role is for you.
**What you'll do**
- Maintain daily accounts payable and receivable records in QuickBooks
- Generate and process invoices for international sales transactions with tax compliance
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly
- Monitor operational expenses and manage vendor payments
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for local leadership and integral HQ
- Support the sales team by verifying customer credit limits and payment statuses
**What we need**
- Advanced, hands-on QuickBooks experience — required, no exceptions
- Degree in Accounting,



Finance, or related field
- 2+ years in accounting, ideally in trading, distribution, or international operations
- Intermediate English — sufficient for communicating with global finance teams
- High accuracy under tight deadlines and at high transaction volumes
