Job Objective:
Provide professional care and follow-up to patients interested in dental services, acting as the liaison between patients and clinics. Coordinate appointments, answer questions, provide accurate information about treatments, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential and existing patients.
- Provide clear information about treatments, costs, timelines, and processes.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with affiliated dental clinics.
- Follow up after appointments to confirm patient satisfaction or reschedule if necessary.
- Keep the patient database in the system up to date.
- Address inquiries with a professional and empathetic attitude.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the availability and timeliness of services.




- Meet the performance and quality metrics established by the department.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or weekends (as needed by the department).
**Skills**:
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
