- Salary**:$60,000 MXN net monthly**
About the Role
This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, driving scalable architecture, ensuring best practices, and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design solutions using **SFMC (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Data Extensions)**:
- Lead and mentor developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
- Design scalable data models, segmentation strategies, and data hygiene processes
- Develop and manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) with CRM and external platforms
- Build and optimize personalized customer journeys
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR,



CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team workload
- Define architectural standards and documentation
- Contribute to marketing technology roadmap
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)**:
- Proven experience leading teams and complex implementations
- Strong expertise in:
- AMPscript
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Data Extensions
- Mobile Studio
- Experience with **SQL, SSJS, GTL, and API integrations**:
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred)
- **Advanced English (required)**
