- Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
- Employment Type: Full-time or Contract
- Salary**:$50,000 MXN net monthly**
You will work closely with developers, marketers, and data teams to ensure accuracy, performance, and seamless delivery across marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing (functionality, rendering, personalization, data accuracy)
- Validate segmentation, data flows, and audience targeting (Data Extensions, Contact Builder)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Support deployment and ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Monitor performance post-launch and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain QA documentation and test results
- Stay updated on SFMC tools and QA best practices
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, IT, or related field
- **2+ years of experience in QA or implementation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud**:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Data Extensions
- Experience with QA methodologies (manual and/or automated)
- Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL, or scripting (plus)
- Experience with tools like JIRA or similar (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- **Advanced English (required)**
