International automotive manufacturing company with more than 40 years of industry experience, located in Apodaca, Mexico, with a workforce of 300 employees, is seeking a:
**Senior HR Lead - Manufacturing plant**
- This position plays a key strategic role within the business operation, offering a high level of autonomy to lead the full Human Resources function at the plant level, while coordinating a multidisciplinary 5 people HR team and ensuring compliance with labor, union, and organizational requirements aligned with company objectives._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall Human Resources operation at the plant, ensuring alignment between HR goals and business needs (reporting directly to the organization’s strategic leadership and director).
- Manage and supervise a team of 5 HR professionals across Labor Relations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Training, and Recruitment.
- Ensure efficient administration of the department’s human and financial resources.
- Manage labor and union relations, fostering stable and positive working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation, internal policies, procedures, and corporate requirements.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with the company’s philosophy and values, strengthening employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace climate.
- Oversee Talent Management processes, including recruitment, development, performance management, and employee retention.
- Coordinate and ensure execution of the annual training and development plan.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and practices.
- Supervise internal communication processes and the dissemination of relevant information to both administrative and operational staff.
- Monitor KPIs, objectives, action plans, non-conformities, and corrective actions related to the HR function.
- Manage and control the Human Resources budget.




- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, and industrial associations.
- Represent the company in institutional matters, and HR-related audits when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in generalist Human Resources roles.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading organizational change management and operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing labor and union relations.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (Federal Labor Law), NOM-035, and applicable labor regulations.
