Graphic DesignerPosition
**Objective**
Develop and adapt graphic materials for print and digital media, ensuring visual quality, compliance with technical specifications, and effective communication with internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare final artwork files for production and printing.
- Perform photo editing and retouching.
- Adapt designs according to customer specifications and internal requirements.
- Verify quality, colors, dimensions, and file resolution before submitting projects to production.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Project Management teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Request information, materials, or clarifications necessary for project development.
- Follow up on design requests, revisions, and project changes in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital files and project backups.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to design and printing processes.
**RequirementsEducation**
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
**Experience**
- Experience in graphic design.
- Proven experience in printing processes and print-ready file preparation.
- Experience in photo editing and retouching.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of print production and file preparation.




- Understanding of file formats, resolution, color profiles, and printing specifications.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**Languages**
- Conversational English (ability to participate in meetings, request information, clarify requirements, and follow up on projects with English-speaking colleagues and clients).
