Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre
- and post-sales technical support for optoelectronic components such as laser diodes, photodiodes, LEDs, sensors, and optical systems.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and failure analysis.
- Conduct optical and electrical testing to validate product performance.
- Deliver technical presentations, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and product teams on product improvements and new product introductions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in optoelectronics, photonics, semiconductor devices, or sensing technologies.
- Strong knowledge of optical device principles and system integration.




- Experience with optical/electrical characterization tools and simulation software such as MATLAB, Python, Zemax, or COMSOL.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Experience
- Laser systems, optical sensors, or fiber-optic communications.
- Semiconductor packaging and thermal management.
- Embedded systems or firmware integration.
