As a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving growth across AspenTech's Latin America business. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across the region while serving as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders.





Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver predictable hiring outcomes, build talent pipelines, and enhance AspenTech's ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Based in our Mexico City AspenTech office, you will support hiring across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. As a visible Talent Acquisition partner, you will do more than manage requisitions. You will advise on market dynamics, and influence hiring strategies that enable business growth.
Your Impact
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring the hiring of high-quality talent across the LATAM region.
Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, location strategy, interview plans, market insights, and hiring timelines.
