**- IT Specialist - Transportation Management Systems (TMS)**:
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Participate in implementation projects for strategic customer accounts, including configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
- Design, document, and support integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, EDI, and other interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, Global IT colleagues, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and system improvements.
- Provide user support, knowledge sharing, and training when required.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.- Manage and follow up on incidents, change requests, and enhancement activities with external vendors.
- Ensure timely communication regarding known issues, planned maintenance, and changes affecting business operations.
**Education and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and EDI concepts.




- Understanding of transportation and logistics processes is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
**Minimum Work Experience**:
- Experience working with international stakeholders and external vendors is considered an advantage.
