- Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, legal operations, litigation management, or legal function transformation.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering Legal Tech solutions, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-discovery, document management platforms, process automation tools, litigation support solutions, or artificial intelligence tools.
- Experience designing, standardizing, and optimizing legal and litigation workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and technology-enabled process improvement.

- Experience coordinating technology and information-security requirements with Information Technology, Information Security, Legal stakeholders, and specialized technology providers.
- Experience supporting the evaluation, selection, contracting, implementation, and ongoing performance management of technology vendors, including functional requirements, security criteria, SLAs, and service-quality indicators.
- Experience driving technology adoption and change management within legal teams, including the implementation of digital tools, standardized processes, methodologies, and new technology-enabled ways of working.
Skills to succeed:
- Specialization, master’s degree, or certification in Legal Tech, legal innovation, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
- Certification or formal training related to CLOC, agile methodologies, project management, privacy, artificial intelligence, or data governance is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Legal Tech platforms and tools, including CLM, e-discovery, document management, workflow automation, litigation support technologies, and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence applied to legal processes, including contract review, regulatory analysis, document management, and litigation support.
- Ability to design instructions and interaction methodologies for AI models used in legal analysis, with an emphasis on validation, human oversight, traceability, and quality control.
- Knowledge of responsible AI governance, data governance, information security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, considering the Mexican regulatory framework and the international exposure of airline operations.
- Strong understanding of legal and litigation process management, optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Ability to translate Legal business requirements into functional and technology requirements and effectively collaborate with Information Technology, Information Security, Legal stakeholders, and external technology providers.
