FAE / Test Engineer

Are you passionate about server validation, hardware troubleshooting, and failure analysis? Wiwynn Mexico is looking for a FAE / Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and help deliver world-class server solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing and manufacturing validation for server platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware failures.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve product issues.
- Review system logs, perform Escritura analysis, and execute debugging activities.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and validation processes.
- Validate server hardware, component integrity, and overall system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering,



Computer Science, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience in Server Test Engineering or Field Application Engineering (FAE).
- Hands-on experience with functional testing and manufacturing validation.
- Strong knowledge of hardware failure analysis, debugging, and Escritura analysis.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency with Linux CLI, log analysis, and system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with server architecture, infrastructure, and hardware validation.
- English proficiency of 70% or higher (intermediate to advanced).
