**Schedule**: Full-time | 5 days per week
**Monthly Salary**: Starting at **$16,000 MXN** (based on experience and skills)

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Paid Campaigns Specialist** to join our marketing team. This role focuses on lead generation and B2B marketing through paid digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
You will be responsible for creating, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that generate measurable business results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing data, testing new strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Build campaigns directly within **Meta Ads Manager** and Google Ads
- Execute lead generation and B2B paid media strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance insights
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance through creative testing
- Provide recommendations based on campaign data and audience behavior
Strategy & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures




- Stay up to date with Meta and Google advertising best practices and platform updates
**Requirements**:
- **Mandatory**: Proven hands-on experience using **Meta Ads Manager** to create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns
- **Mandatory**: At least **1 year of experience** in lead generation and B2B marketing using Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven experience creating paid campaigns from scratch, not only managing existing campaigns
- Advanced to fluent English (written and spoken)
- Must be located in **Puerto Vallarta**:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or similar certification
- Experience working with CRM platforms and lead generation funnels
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Experience working with U.S.based companies or clients
