**Position Details**
- **Title**: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Telemarketing & Cold Calling)
- **Location**: Office-based - Tijuana, Baja California
- **Schedule**: Adaptable shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- **Hours**: Full-time (40-45 hours per week)
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**:
- Telemarketing or cold calling experience (preferred)




- Call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- Home improvement industry experience (a plus)
- Strong communication, typing, and reading comprehension skills
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
