Compensation and Claim Processor Career Path
**All compensation is established and paid in U.S. dollars (USD).**
Euclid maintains a four-level Claim Processor development framework. The monthly compensation currently associated with each level is:
- **Trainee Claim Processor: USD $1,050 per month** (approximately MXN $18,430)
- **Junior Claim Processor: USD $1,350 per month** (approximately MXN $23,695)
- **Associate Claim Processor: USD $1,650 per month** (approximately MXN $28,961)
- **Senior Claim Processor: USD $2,000 per month** (approximately MXN $35,104)
The Mexican-peso amounts are estimates provided for reference only. They are based on an exchange rate of approximately MXN $17.552 per USD and will change as currency-exchange rates fluctuate.

Advancement is based on demonstrated capability, sustained performance, business needs, and the availability of higher-level responsibilities. Advancement is not automatic, guaranteed, or tied to a specific timeline.
USD Payments Through Deel
Euclid pays contractors in USD through **Deel**, our integral contractor-management and payment platform.
Contractors may select an available payout method and, where supported,
choose to convert or withdraw their funds in Mexican pesos (MXN). Currency-conversion rates, transaction fees, processing times, and local-bank availability are determined by Deel and its payment partners at the time of withdrawal.

About the Role
We are seeking a Mexico-based, entry-level professional to provide remote Claim Processing services for U.S. clients.
This opportunity begins with structured training and supervised file work. Your early focus will be learning Euclid’s systems, claim workflows, documentation standards, client-communication expectations, and escalation procedures.
Accuracy, ownership, and consistent follow-through are essential.
Fully Native-Level English Is Required
This is a U.S. client-facing role. **Fully native-level English fluency is a required qualification, not simply a preference.**
You must be able to understand, write, and speak English naturally and professionally during real-time client and team communications.

Core ResponsibilitiesTraining and Process Development
- Complete assigned training on U.S. unclaimed-property claims, internal procedures, documentation standards, confidentiality, and client communication.
- Learn to use Euclid’s CRM, internal systems, state databases, and approved research resources.
- Follow written procedures, approved templates, file summaries, and instructions accurately.
- Take organized training notes, ask relevant questions, and demonstrate that feedback has been understood and applied.
- Build the knowledge needed to recognize standard claim types, common documentation requirements, and situations requiring escalation.
Claim-File Review and Document Management
- Review assigned files to understand the claimant, property, current status, required documents, pending items, and next action.
- Request standard identification, address-verification, ownership, business, probate, and supporting documents using approved communications.
- Receive, label, organize, and store documents in the correct file and system location.
- Check documents for completeness, readability, consistency, expiration, signatures, notarization, and other established requirements.
- Compare names, addresses, dates, ownership information, and other details across documents.
- Identify missing information and inconsistencies for further review.
- Conduct basic address, ownership, business, and public-record research within established procedures.
