We need closers who can take a warm seller from "maybe" to a signed contract.
**What you'll do**:
Take inbound and outbound calls with U.S. homeowners
Run our proprietary qualifying framework (full training provided)
Qualify, handle objections, negotiate price, lock the contract
Work U.S. business hours Monday
- Friday 10am-6pm EST

Native or near-native English, neutral accent
Real phone closing experience — high-ticket, commission-driven, quota-carrying
Thick skin and coachability — our top closers study their own call recordings
Long-term mindset, not a job-hopper
**What you get**:
- Base + uncapped commission (closers earn U.S.tier income)

Base Salary is $18200 USD per year. Minimum income first year including bonus and commission is $50000 USD. Top performers make near $ USD their first year. Long term high performers earn 100-250k USD
