Sinch is seeking a Support Engineer to join our integral Support team. You will help customers by diagnosing issues in messaging delivery and telecom integration, working with OCS/Prepaid and VAS systems, and coordinating with engineering peers across Americas and Europe.
The role is remote with occasional on-site travel; a university degree and several years in telecom/IT support are expected, plus English fluency and familiarity with virtualization (VMware) and databases.
