Role-Functional QA With Agent Platform

Location- Mexico (Remote)

Role is Long term contract

Role Overview:

As a QA Tester for the Agent Platform, you will bridge the gap between human evaluation and AI automation. In this role, you will execute Critical User Journeys (CUJs) across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace environments, documenting your actions in structured formats designed to train, evaluate, and benchmark autonomous AI agents. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify system regressions, clarify ambiguous workflows, and ensure the platform handles complex real-world developer tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute & Validate CUJs: Manually reproduce complex Critical User Journeys in production and staging environments across Google Cloud Console and Google Workspace.

- Document for AI Agents: Detail step-by-step procedures in precise, structured formats that can be parsed and reproduced by automated, agentic-driven testing systems.

- Navigate Ambiguity: Rely on public documentation, reference guides, and system UI to troubleshoot unscripted edge cases or outdated walkthrough steps independently.

- Issue & Feedback Triage: Identify UX bottlenecks,



functional bugs, and documentation gaps, logging actionable bug reports for engineering teams.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the horizontal Agents Everywhere E2E Quality engineering team to validate end-to-end platform stability.

Required Qualifications

- Web QA Experience: Proven track record testing complex, multi-tenant web applications and SaaS platforms.

- Strong Technical Documentation: Ability to write clear, reproducible, machine-readable step-by-step workflows without omitting intermediate UI actions.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable navigating ambiguous instructions, adapting to UI/UX shifts on the fly, and self-unblocking during testing execution.

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

- Prior hands-on experience navigating and configuring Google Cloud Platform (GCP) console or Google Workspace APIs/tools.

- Familiarity with agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, or LLM-driven testing models.

- Experience using developer tools (Chrome DevTools, REST APIs, JSON logs) to isolate platform failures.
