Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Execute IET's business development strategy while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
- Identify new markets, cities, schools, educational institutions, agencies,



and strategic partners.
- Develop new student recruitment opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with educational institutions and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams that contribute to the company's continued growth.
- Monitor business performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Student Recruitment & Sales
- Promote IET's international education programs to prospective students and families.
- Manage incoming inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, and enrolment performance.
- Achieve agreed-upon student recruitment and business development objectives.

Educational Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, language schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key educational partners,
